Pricing: Prices are listed in CAD and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

4. Payments and Billing
We accept the following payment methods: Credit Cards, PayPal, Shopify Payments.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and account information. Any unauthorized charges will be investigated, and we reserve the right to cancel your order if fraud is suspected.

5. Shipping and Fulfillment
Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. 

Shipping Rates and Times: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Shiny Monkey is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs for international shipments.

6. Returns and Refunds
As a small business, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or cancellations.

However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will happily evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
