Discover our faceted jewellery line, featuring hand-faceted, one-of-a-kind designs crafted from crystal glass and sterling silver. Each piece is individually faceted and heat-polished to achieve a shining, juicy finish. With a vibrant palette of colours and unique shapes, this collection includes stud earrings and pendants. This collection uses up to 80% recycled studio glass, blending sustainability with artistry.

Process
At Shiny Monkey Studio, sustainability and craftsmanship come together. Up to 80% of the crystal used in this collection is recycled from other studio processes. The journey begins with kiln-forming, where the crystal is shaped into a rough form. Once cooled and removed from its mould, each piece is hand-faceted on a diamond wheel, employing techniques similar to traditional lapidary faceting.

The crystal is returned to the kiln for a final heat polish to achieve its signature finish, creating a juicy high gloss surface. All additional components, including earring posts, bails, and chains, are crafted from sterling silver, ensuring a harmonious blend of quality and elegance.

Stud Earrings
Our one-of-a-kind stud earrings are handcrafted with crystal glass and finished with sterling silver posts and butterfly backs. While the earrings complement each other, they are delightfully unique and not identical matches, adding a touch of charm to your look. The hand faceted nature results in a variety in sizes, measuring approximately 1/2" in length on average. 

Faceted Satellite Necklace
Our one-of-a-kind faceted necklaces are handcrafted with crystal glass and finished with a 16”+2” extender, sterling silver satellite-style chain. Each piece is meticulously faceted and heat-polished for a shining, juicy finish. Each pendant has a touch of opaline crystal, bringing a warm, subtle glow to the crystal glass, creating unique and alluring accents.
